Pink Forest pillows...


Happy October, everyone! I know I've been gone for a bit ~ I flew to California to drive back across country with my sweetie and Miss Emily. We are all finally back together in the Carolinas now and it's wonderful.
I wanted to show you these pillows before I left, but I just couldn't get the post written. The off-white couch in my pink living room needed a pop of color, so I asked my mom if she would make me a couple of pillows from one of my fabrics, and bless her, she did. (She also made the drapes for my living and dining rooms, so believe me, I was asking a lot.) Anyway, I chose my Pink Forest fabric, which is available on Spoonflower, and I just love how the pillows turned out. My mom did a fab job ~ I'm really loving the piping trim ~ and I think they look wonderful with that pink wall in the background.

Eileen, the pillows are gorgeous! What a beautiful fabric! And, yes, your mom did an awesome job.

Your living room is incredibly gorgeous. Spending time in that room would be very soothing to the soul.

Beautiful pop of color. Your mom did a wonderful job! Love the fabric - I also love the cedar chest - I have one my parents bought me when I was a teen, which happens to have been when we traveled across the country from California to SC - Dad retired there.
