Pink Forest pillows...

Happy October, everyone! I know I've been gone for a bit ~ I flew to California to drive back across country with my sweetie and Miss Emily. We are all finally back together in the Carolinas now and it's wonderful.
I wanted to show you these pillows before I left, but I just couldn't get the post written. The off-white couch in my pink living room needed a pop of color, so I asked my mom if she would make me a couple of pillows from one of my fabrics, and bless her, she did. (She also made the drapes for my living and dining rooms, so believe me, I was asking a lot.) Anyway, I chose my Pink Forest fabric, which is available on Spoonflower, and I just love how the pillows turned out. My mom did a fab job ~ I'm really loving the piping trim ~ and I think they look wonderful with that pink wall in the background.
What do you think?

Eileen, the pillows are gorgeous! What a beautiful fabric! And, yes, your mom did an awesome job.

Your living room is incredibly gorgeous. Spending time in that room would be very soothing to the soul.

Have a great day,

Hi Eileen -- I love to sew and I love fabric. Pillows are so comfy, bringing in home-eyness and "new looks" so easily. And you do it with style. We're having a challenge over at Morning Dewdrops for Breast Cancer Awareness -- I'm #90 on PS; hope to see you there. Blessings Terri

Lovely. Thank you for sharing your post at the Thursday Favorite Things blog hop , wishing you a beautiful day xo
Beautiful pop of color. Your mom did a wonderful job! Love the fabric - I also love the cedar chest - I have one my parents bought me when I was a teen, which happens to have been when we traveled across the country from California to SC - Dad retired there.
I do appreciate you sharing with Home and Garden Thursday,
Kathy
