I truly believe fresh, made-from-scratch food is one of the great joys of life, so as a rule, I don't care for food that comes out of a box. But like every rule, there are exceptions ~ and in this case, it's brownies. I have not found a homemade brownie recipe that beats what you can get from a good mix. The best? Ghiradelli's Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix. It's Ghiradelli's bittersweet, milk and semi-sweet chips that put these brownies over the top. They are like heaven on a plate. Seriously. Everyone tells me they are the best brownies they have ever eaten and asks me what the secret is. I got a request for them this past weekend, so I thought I'd snap a couple of photos while I was at it and share my secret with you. Enjoy.
